Nate Gamble was as professional as it gets. He was very responsive to my needs as a buyer. Nate really has respect for the people sitting across from him at the table, and for that, when I am ready to buy my next car, I know who I'm going to. When we got to the financing part, I felt completely at ease working with Corey Casey. He, too, was able to explain all of the options they could possibly offer me, and weighed the pros and cons of the warranty packages honestly. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me - he listened to what my insurance was, and offered genuine insight on how to close any sort of gaps I may have. From the time I stepped foot into the building until I drove away from their auto lot, I was made to feel as though I was the only customer in the building. And I KNOW that I will continue to be received that way whether in person or on the phone for as long as I own my Beautiful Ford Explorer, and all my other vehicles I purchase there. Excellent and Very Low Stress Car Buying Experience! Went to buy a new 2018 Ford Explorer and my wife also was interested in looking at other Ford models as well. Initial contact was through email and b Went to buy a new 2018 Ford Explorer and my wife also was interested in looking at other Ford models as well. Initial contact was through email and by phone with Lisa Chamberlain, the internet sales manager. She had the model I was looking for in stock in the color I wanted and with the all the features I was looking for. She quoted me the best price of any dealer around, including the Costco dealer! We set up a time for me and my wife to visit the dealership a few days later and met Lisa who introduced us to Nathaniel Gamble, and Rick Mansueto who helped in the car buying process. Everyone was so friendly and courteous, and really took their time explaining all the features of the different models my wife looked at and test drove. They gave us fair values for our trade-ins, great rebate incentives and we ended up purchasing 2 new cars. Even after the deals were done, the followup was great and the taking delivery of the new vehicles went very smoothly. Everyone in the service department was super friendly and very helpful! Overall the best car buying experience we ever had! The customer service was the best we ever experienced! Thanks so much to everyone who helped us! More

purchase a new Fusion We went to Herb Chambers over other Ford dealers in the are because of our experience with their service department on our previous Fusion. The salesm We went to Herb Chambers over other Ford dealers in the are because of our experience with their service department on our previous Fusion. The salesman Nate heard our concerns especially price and started to look fro certified pre-owned Fusions. He then found two 2016 new fusions that really fit our needs (car and options) and then it was a choice of color. We liked silver over a darker color because of visibility by other drivers. Nate knew his stuff about the car and patiently explained all of the operational details both in the showroom and on the test drive. He was professional in taking us through the purchase cycle and made himself available when we picked the car up (purchased late Friday and picked it up on Monday morning) although he was to start a one week vacation. When arrive to pick up the car Nate was available and spent well over a hour talking about the car and explaining the finer points of adjusting various options - radio, heat/AC, mileage read outs, etc. As we left he said that he would be available in the future if we had any concerns or questions. More
