I have a recall and The TSB bulletin I pulled from the National Highway Trafffic Safety Administration they refused to take my truck . I called ford manufacturer and they told me that they are not suppose National Highway Trafffic Safety Administration they refused to take my truck . Also on top of this they made me a appointment on a Thursday to come in for a Monday for 9am so when I got there I was there for about 30 mins then they tell me that they refuse to work on my car and fix the Tsb bulletin for my truck.
