After some troubling experiences with other Toyota dealers, I called Koons Toyota of Annap My wife and I visited Koons Toyota of Annapolis last week. After some troubling experiences with other Toyota dealers, I called Koons Toyota of Annapolis and spoke with Neal Barrett. Right off the bat, I knew this dealer would be the place we would purchase our next vehicle. Neal was nothing short of awesome and helped provide avenues for getting a good discount with our new car purchase. Neal eased our mind that they had plenty of inventory for the model and options we were looking for with a Highlander. The negotiation of the vehicle took less than 30 minutes with Neal and his manager, Scott Snyder, who was extremely willing and ready to listen to our price point and needs. We shook on a price and within 30 mins, we were with the Finance team. Viktor Beshidze and Suheil Katan were outstanding as well. They provided all our options for payments and rates, along with optional add-ons, which we agreed we needed with our new vehicle. They were easy to deal with and were not pressuring us for upsells and truly wanted to know what we needed and whether it was necessary for our needs. I can go on and on, but this is the type of dealer everyone needs to experience to truly enjoy the new car buying experience. We enjoyed the experience so much so, that I've already relayed the wonderful experience to my father, who would like to purchase a new Toyota Camry and we will be visiting Neal and Scott very soon! We should have known better because he exhibited the same enthusiasm, professionalism, and customer service he did the first time and we bought our new car that day without needing to go anywhere else. He was so knowledgeable and professional i was blown away with his experience it made me feel comfortable and relaxed with what he was recommending me and met my car needs. This purchase was way better than my previous one because my financial service provider Viktor Beshidze was really helpful by explaining and working with me every step of the way, until we had a good deal he didn't let me leave without being satisfied of my purchase thank you so much for baring with me and answering every question i had, you got me such a GREAT DEAL!!
