Awesome experience at Pacifico Ford Upon arriving at Pacifico Ford we were greeted by Stan Otto. He asked us what we were looking for in line of new or used cars. We told him we were Upon arriving at Pacifico Ford we were greeted by Stan Otto. He asked us what we were looking for in line of new or used cars. We told him we were looking for a new Explorer. At which point he introduced us to Neal Bauer who would assist us with finding us a new Explorer at a reasonable price. Neal sat down with us and listened to what we wanted in a new car. After taking some time showing us several different Explorers, we found one that we really liked. Neal then showed us all the different financing options with different down payments and their respective pros and cons. Stan stopped by several times checking to make sure that we were satisfied with what we were being shown. He also took time to help explain the different financing options. We felt totally informed about the vehicle and financing. We were very impressed with the amount of time they took with us. (They even ran past closing time on a Friday night to make sure that we could make an informed decision.) And they didn't pressure us to decide that day. We came back on the following Monday and were greeted warmly by both Neal and Stan. We told them that we had come to a decision over the weekend and we made our choice on the Explorer we wanted and the financing that was best for us. We were then introduced to Gina in the Finance Dept. She took the time to make sure that we understood the financing and the other options that Pacifico offers to it's customers. We have bought several Ford vehicles over the years and have found this to be the most pleasant car buying experience. And we highly recommend Pacifico Ford to everyone and especially to see Neal and Stan about a car of their choice. More
