Amazing Car Buying Experience!!! I went to this dealership to buy a used car with a little mileage few days after my car got totalled in an accident! I was met and welcomed by two fro I went to this dealership to buy a used car with a little mileage few days after my car got totalled in an accident! I was met and welcomed by two front desk receptionists and assigned to a great salesperson I soon discovered to be Neal Bauer. I didn't have a big credit history on a major purchase like a car or a house even if my credit score was not bad. So, finding a lender was too much of a hard work. But Neal persistently followed up my case searching as many options as could work best for me. We had to exchange other documents in the process and he put too many hours in getting me a good deal and a nice car too in my price range. The day I finalized my purchase (12 days after my first inquiry), I arrived at the dealership around 12 PM when Neal was about to have lunch. He skipped his lunch for the sake of helping me and took me outside for two test rides, on top of all the rigorous paperwork that took him the entire afternoon without having anything to eat. He stretched way more to make me as happy as I can be on my purchase and got me a very nice car at a very nice deal. I drink a lot of water and it didn't take him long to figure out that without me saying a word. So, he left his desk more than twice to get me water from the fridge and I was touched by his sensitivity to my needs. On top of all these things, I was truly touched by his respect and openness to explain every question I had (trust me, as a person almost new to US I had a ton of questions). He finished everything including scheduling my next visit for some things and I left the dealership with my fancy car around 6:45. It was an amazing experience!!!!! More

Wonderful car buying experience! My wife, 3 kids (12,8,1) grandpop and myself were looking for the explorer. When we met Neal he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He took all of us out for a test ride for about 30 mins. It was great!! Absolutely feel in love with the SUV. When we all went inside to work out the numbers they had a room for the kids to play n watch TV. Made them happy. Neal did everything he could to get me to my price. Spinning the wheel was really cool. Neal made you feel like part of the pacifico family. I would send all I know to find d their perfect car here! Thank you Neal! More

Neal was very friendly and personable. He was also very knowledgeable in explaining the pros and cons of buying/leasing. In the end I decided to lease a 2017 Escape as I may want to go bigger with an Explorer in a few years. Neal and the entire staff were great with keeping my daughter entertained while we did all of the paperwork. Bernard was very thorough in explaining the details of the lease. More
