Neal Bauer Sales Manager I have been at Pacifico Ford since April 2010. During my tenure here at Pacifico, I have been a Sales Manager besides being a Sales Associate. I LOVE the fact that I can make people happy by getting them the best deal on the best car that fits their individual lifestyle. Before I was in the Car Industry I had a career in the Restaurant Industry with my last assignment being the General Manager of The Spaghetti Warehouse where I worked for 18 years.

Above and Beyond Customer Service When I visited Pacifico Ford I was greeted by Neal. He is a great guy with a awesome personality, Neal went out of his way to help me out and get me When I visited Pacifico Ford I was greeted by Neal. He is a great guy with a awesome personality, Neal went out of his way to help me out and get me the best deal available. He was very knowledgeable and listen to me on what I was looking for, not the stereotypical car sales person you hear about. He worked hard on our deal and found rebates for me that I didn't even know about to help lower the price. Neal is my new go to guy when me or my friends by a new car. More

First me let Pacifico Client Sales manager Stan Otto put me in contact with Neal when I made my second trip out there to finalize my first ever lease. He assured me Neal was an ex Sales manager Stan Otto put me in contact with Neal when I made my second trip out there to finalize my first ever lease. He assured me Neal was an expert when it came to the options the Ford Explorer had. I was more than impressed with Neal's knowledge. At one point I made a joke saying it sounded like Neal had a hand in building the car. I would definitely return to Pacifico in the future and refer Neal to any one of my friends/ family More
