Neal Bauer Sales Manager I have been at Pacifico Ford since April 2010. During my tenure here at Pacifico, I have been a Sales Manager besides being a Sales Associate. I LOVE the fact that I can make people happy by getting them the best deal on the best car that fits their individual lifestyle. Before I was in the Car Industry I had a career in the Restaurant Industry with my last assignment being the General Manager of The Spaghetti Warehouse where I worked for 18 years.

The best I went in to just look at a used cehicle. I wasn't sure what to expect but Neal was awesome. He was nice and accommodating and was not bothered by me I went in to just look at a used cehicle. I wasn't sure what to expect but Neal was awesome. Neal Bauer Neal was very helpful, easy going, and not pushy. A used SUV was purchased and seems to be in fine working order. My only complaint is the length of Neal was very helpful, easy going, and not pushy. A used SUV was purchased and seems to be in fine working order. My only complaint is the length of time spent waiting. Hours! This may have been a backlog with the finance person or something like that, but my experience with other dealers is that the salespeople help each other out and move things along. I suggest Pacifico maybe invest a little in automation or process improvements as I saw other customers standing around also waiting for paperwork. Other than that, Neal and the service staff were helpful and informative More
