He went over and above and beyond to make it happen. I came in for an oil changed but inquired about a call I received regarding rebates for my 2013 Ford Focus, and left with a brand new car, 2015 Ford Fusion, on great terms. What a wonderful day! This is my 3rd car with Pacifico, and each experience tops the last. Totally thankful to Jorge Agosto, Neal Bauer, and Jay Singer More

Everyone was great. I had not purchased a new vehicle in a long long time. I was not even sure what product I was interested in. I stoped into Pacifico because a family f I had not purchased a new vehicle in a long long time. I was not even sure what product I was interested in. I stoped into Pacifico because a family frien works at the body shop around the corner and her sister has purchased four vehicles there and is very pleased. My next door neighbor also has purchased an EDGE and she loves it. When I first walked in we sat in the service waiting area for a short time and I saw an older woman, so I asked her how was the service there and she told me that she has been buying her cars there since her first T-Bird in 1960. That pretty much locked me in.My salesman(Tom Morris) was great .I changed my mind twice and my wife and I came back over a three day process, and finally settled on an ESCAPE Titanium4wd. It is an great vehicle and perfomes so well. Thanks to eall at Pacifico More
