Everyone was great. I had not purchased a new vehicle in a long long time. I was not even sure what product I was interested in. I stoped into Pacifico because a family f I had not purchased a new vehicle in a long long time. I was not even sure what product I was interested in. I stoped into Pacifico because a family frien works at the body shop around the corner and her sister has purchased four vehicles there and is very pleased.My next door neighbor also has purchased an EDGE and she loves it. When I first walked in we sat in the service waiting area for a short time and I saw an older woman, so I asked her how was the service there and she told me that she has been buying her cars there since her first T-Bird in 1960. That pretty much locked me in.My salesman(Tom Morris) was great .I changed my mind twice and my wife and I came back over a three day process, and finally settled on an ESCAPE Titanium4wd. Problem not solved Truck has 290 mi on it.There is a 3 second delay shifting into drive. Ford says they can't fix it because they allow 5 seconds. When I pull out the driveway I don't have the luxury to wait 3-5 seconds for my NEW truck to shift into drive. I am a sitting duck. Very disappointed More
