He listened intently on what I wanted to accomplish, in my price range, and developed a couple vehicles for me to see. I rejected the first and accepted the second. He was always forthright in his comments, provided no pressure or hurry to purchase, and welcomed my perspective and preferences. I returned the next day and purchased a different vehicle because the pricing was an improvement over vehicle #2. During the purchase process there was some reluctance on the manager's part to adapt to an already advertised price. Michael walked the paperwork back and forth until I was satisfied with the price. He advocated for my purchase before his boss and properly worked out the deal necessary. I came back to purchase at Ed Martin solely because of Michael's genuine and applied interest in my pricing and standards. He earned my business through honest, effective dialogue, clear explanations, and determined advocacy before his superiors. We all got what we wanted in the end. The actual purchasing process with Finance and Eddy went smoothly, the only down side is we waited 40 minutes to get into final paperwork. Eddy was superb, clear, precise and pleasant. I purchased my last 6 cars from CARMAX to avoid dealership hassles and processes. This process was an experiment and proved satisfying. Michael was the key in the entire process. Well done. More

The Best Dealership Experience You Could Ask For Where do I start? Nothing but praise for this place. I hate car shopping and all high pressure intensity that goes with it. A typical experience seems Where do I start? Nothing but praise for this place. I hate car shopping and all high pressure intensity that goes with it. A typical experience seems to leave you feeling like a piece of meat rolling through a wolves den. But Ed Martin does it right. Thanks to their laid back feel, and no pressure attitude, we felt like we were really able to make the right choice, rather than be goaded and pressured into a sale. Neal is awesome. The whole process felt more like a casual conversation than a transaction. He was expertly knowledgable and walked us through every step with ease. After finalizing the sale, he even stuck around to help us transfer a rooftop system onto the new vehicle. Signing paperwork is always the worst, but Eddy made it easy. His professional side mixed well with a friendly disposition and made the seemingly endless signatures a breeze. As of today, three different members of my family have purchased vehicles from this dealership. We’ve all dealt with different persons and have nothing but praise to speak of each one. As far as I’m concerned, this will be my go-to destination for any future vehicle needs. Thanks Ed Martin! More
