Neal Graham was my sales agent, and he was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process!! My initial contact was via online and he followed up with a kind, yet informative call and email. I spoke with him while my 2009 RAV4 was being serviced. He listened to me and my needs and especially respected my timing for buying, which was 1-2 months away. I was offered a fair and honest deal for my trade in and my new purchase. Neal followed up with me in a pleasant manner, since my deal was 2 months after our initial meeting. I am confident with Ed Martin dealership and all of the service warranties Toyota offers. My experiences with the Service Department were very positive also, and the facility is modern and high tech. Thanks Neal for a pleasant and painless car buying experience!!! More

2017 Toyota Tundra I am rating Ed Martin Toyota as Excellent based on my recent visit and purchase of a 2017 Toyota Tundra. I went into the dealership not really knowin I am rating Ed Martin Toyota as Excellent based on my recent visit and purchase of a 2017 Toyota Tundra. I went into the dealership not really knowing what vehicle I was looking for. There were some Jeep Wranglers and Toyota Tacoma trucks I thought would be good. Neal spent the better part of a day patiently showing my wife and I all of the vehicles. Once we decided on a Tundra we were shown four in our price range and we tested them all. The whole time Neal was gracious and courteous. Marc Brown listened to our concerns and needs and helped tremendously. Cory was professional and prompt. Really a great experience, great service, and great facility. More
