Above and Beyond what we expected! We had not bought a new car in 15 years so we were a little rusty on how the whole process worked. Erika was great from the minute we walked in and helped us test drive the Toyota RAV4 we were interested in. She spent a lot of time with us answering our questions both that evening and the following week as we looked through all of our options and made a decision about this important purchase. We had interactions with other staff members and were also impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness. We had experience another dealership where we felt like a "sale" rather than customers so we were very pleased with Erika and the rest of the staff treated us with respect, patience and seemed to really care about answering our thousands of questions. We would highly recommend purchasing for Erika and the Tom Wood Toyota team! More
