It looked beautiful after being cleaned, but up close on the front bumper had several service scratches; I don’t know how or where they came from, but they took it to the body shop immediately, buffed them out, and we were happy. Overall, it’s a good dealership, and I would recommend Mazda of Hamilton to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. More

Everything went well. Neal is a very dedicated salesperson. He came on a Friday when he's supposed to be off. If you're looking for a place with reasonable prices, people that would treat you like and actual human and not a number, and if you're looking for somebody who will look you in your face and not lie to people that would treat you like and actual human and not a number, and if you're looking for somebody who will look you in your face and not lie to you every single time they talk to you..... then this is not the place for you Disrespectful manager who will not even bother to budge with a person who's been with Mazda for over a decade. Stay away from salesman Neal Simon, if you look at his other reviews you know what I'm saying. Once he has your money don't expect anything from him ever again in your entire life because you will never hear from him and you will not check out you're doing you will not care as one says he lines his pockets you are nothing to him. If I can give this place zero stars I would. I'm the person who would always go in and never haggle knowing that they were taking me for more than I could have got. I wanted to be in and out I went with the same person and I trusted them. Unfortunately over the past decade their business practices have failed, their vehicle sales have plummeted, and I'm assuming most of that is to the apparent administrative and professionals they have hired to work with customers who don't seem to have proper etiquette. I like this dealership for its service dept. I also like the brand. I hate it for the sales person assignment. If I were to buy a new car, i might buy some other way. Last car purchase, i was forced to wait several hours through lunch until salesman i am assigned to came in and then he took the order while talking on his phone to other customers. The other team members gave me more service than him. More
