Neal Simon made purchasing a brand new Premium Plus 2025 Mazda CX-5 through the Costco Auto Program a breeze. I called Costco on a Wednesday and then Hamilton Mazda when I received the email within minutes with their contact information, and Neal answered the phone. We were able to discuss the details over the phone, and even though he did not have the car in the exact exterior (Soul Red) and interior colors (Parchment) that I wanted, he found one. We negotiated for my trade-in, and that was easy since I had already received an online quote, which he honored. I made a deposit so he could get the car transported to the dealership. Neal had it driven 80 miles the next morning for me to pick up after lunch. We took it for a test drive without him, went to my bank to get a check, signed all the papers, and he even showed me a few features and clarified my questions. Karlie, who worked with me on the paperwork, mostly signatures, was super friendly and clearly explained each page. When we need our next vehicle, I would go through the same process again because it was so easy. Thank you, Neal, and Hamilton Mazda. I am really enjoying my new car! More
