This was my son’s first car - he’s almost 18. In our first visit, he was able to test drive the CX-5 and CX-50. Neal facilitated the road tests and was very low pressure. He understood that my son was a car guy who was balancing IIHS safety ratings, Consumer Reports rankings, and how he felt behind the wheel in making a decision.
