We did have couple of quotes out of which Neal Simon closed in a deal for Mazda CX-5 GT, 2016.5 Model, Grey Mica.... He was extremely patient with a sense of reasoning and educated us at what he is best at. On IM we went back and forth messaging on the break down price (including taxes..reg..etc) giving us the final price on road making it easy for us to get in and out of the dealership in approx 2 hrs. There were no hidden agenda or any surprises... Everything was smooth as envisioned. We are highly pleased with the whole process and sincerely recommend Hamilton Dealership serving great Customer Service from the Car Sales person as well. Who needs the over-scented, high pressure approach of the typical dealership. Not me. Once again, Thank you Neal Simon for making it a pleasant experience yet keeping it professional. More

Terrific experience shopping online with Hamilton Mazda I determined to shop for a Mazda online, so contacted a number of area dealers about a specific model. I was hoping to get some info about packages and, most importantly, to negotiate price without leaving home. Most dealers, e.g., Wayne Mazda, Open Road Mazda, didn't respond quickly and then resorted to old-school sales tactics, such as insisting that I comes to the dealership, meet with their manager, etc. Of course, the whole point of shopping online was NOT to go through that drill. In contrast, Neal Simon of Hamilton got back to me on a Saturday quickly, with full, responsive information and a price quote. After several emails we talked on the phone and the deal was done. Painlessly. Speedily. And at a fair price. I highly recommend contacting Neal if you're in the market for a Mazda. Alain L. More

He possesses all of the attributes I look for when purchasing a new vehicle. He is very professional. Secondly he is very knowledgeable about the product line and treats the customer in a friendly and respectful manner. He never exhibited any high pressure sales tactics to close the deal. I should also add that, since this was a new car for my wife, Neal devoted more than 90% of the time catering to my wife's every question in an extremely courteous manner. This also encompassed all of the financial details. I have purchased more than 40 vehicles over the years. Interacting with Neal was definitely one of the most positive experiences I can recall.
