We then went for lunch. My friend and i decided one more dealership and that wluld be it. We went over to mazda and the mazda 3 i was shown hit on everyday polnt i was in the market for in my head.And it was if the salesperson knew exactly want i wanted...it was great! Neal simon was able to make buying the right car the least possible activity i ever had yo do. He even followed the next day to see how things were going and how i liked the car. It was a wonderful. They gave me an estimated time for how long the repair would take to complete as I had to wait for it. They completed the work well within the window. Perhaps most importantly, I own and drive cars until they fall apart as I drive a lot for my work. The car has over 200k miles but I take good care of it. What impressed most was that there was no effort at an upsell---easy to do on a car that "old". This showed me Hamilton Mazda is a very trustworthy service department. Highly recommend. More
