I have been a Ford Service Advisor for many years and enjoy helping people with their Ford product. I am here Monday - Friday and lead our Mobile Tech Van for the Service Dept. My goal is to assist with completing as many Ford Recalls as I possibly can and provide customer's the convenience of coming directly to their home or place of work. Neal did a phenomenal job with keeping me informed on what was going on with my car while it was in being worked on. He was very prompt at calling me back whenever I called with questions. He did a great job at explaining what was covered by my warranty and what wasn't and the reasons. He also helped me tremendously by helping by getting my rental car covered so that my expenses were not so overwhelming! Overall Neal did a Great Job!! More

Catherin, I am sorry. We have been inundated with the shortage of new vehicles, therefore customers are repairing the vehicles they own which is easily tripling the wait time / service repair time, and it happened in a matter of a few months, so we are doing the best we can. We admit the time it takes should not be this long, but unfortunately with the significant amount of customers requesting service, we are simply trying to address each customer in the order in which they have been received.
