The exact car we wanted was not available at any dealerships in the area, so Nealy did a factory order for us and kept us informed every step of the way. Not a great deal of information was transferred to us, and we didn't feel comfortable we were at the right dealership...then we met Nealy. She was transparent from our first phone call to the purchase of our vehicle, and she also knew her product. Nealy was with us thru the entire process including the delivery of our Car. I would recommend Nealy if you are looking to purchase a new Subaru for the right money, she won't leave you on the door step. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because we only have 75 miles on our car and haven't had to use the service dept. yet, but when we do I would expect the same complete process, and then be able to add the 5th star. More
