Good Stuff: The dealership is nice enough. Parking is tough since it's such a small lot. The place is clean and presentable. Evan is a good kid. Very polite and helpful. Bad Stuff: It seems the manager (whoever it is, I never got to meet him/her) is pretty good at hiding and saying no. Evan was able to get the bad TPM sensor on the "we owe you" list. But, I have yet to receive it or get a call to schedule the replacement. I couldn't get them to include the charger with the car (seems kind of pointless to have a PHEV without a charger...) but I was able to buy one on Amazon for $120. All-in-all, not a stellar experience. I didn't haggle on the price at all, so not sure why the lack of post sale communication. I'd figure a customer who just comes in, pays your asking price and leaves would be your ideal used car customer??? But, it is what I have come to expect from dealerships lately. More

We purchased a 2025 Equinox LT and she clearly spelled out our options, took us for a test drive in which she showed us how to use the latest technology in this vehicle. She did not pressure us the way most sales staff do, and she listened carefully as we explained what we were looking for and what we did not need or want in our vehicle. No upselling -- what a refreshing surprise! She streamlined our visit to the Finance officer, and made it clear that she is available via text or email if we have any after purchase questions or concerns (she already proved to be super-responsive to my text messages before our visit to the dealership). 10 out of 10! More
