2nd Time is a Charm !! 1st time you buy anything.. the sale team and service is always great .. But you know you are dealing with the BEST if you go back a 2nd time. I was taken very good care of the 1st time I went to Audi Coral Springs By Geno Walsh , Mike Rakowski and Rance Williams...when I bought my Q5. When my son got his license and I needed a 3rd vehicle, I looked high and low for a great deal. You can imagine.. there was junk out there... As a new Audi Coral Springs customer, Rance, the Finance Director was nice enough to take the time to talk to my son and I about the best options for purchasing him a car. I was NOT going to buy my 18 year "Speedster" a new Audi... but Rance suggested I could give him my Husband's Camry and buy my husband pre-owned A5 !!!! Even though Mike Rakowski is always patience and helpful I had to make sure for myself I was getting the best deal. I looked at many different pre owned A5's in South Florida. The deal at Audi Coal Springs kept coming up as the best value for my money. Neil "Mr. Technology" went over all the features of the car, and even made sure his golf clubs fit !!! So when it came time I purchased a pre- owned A5, at Audi Coral Springs. I would not buy from anywhere in South Florida. I love my service advisor Eric Rutherford and made sure he was my husband's also !!! More

I would like to say that being Coral Springs Audi is the best car experience i have had. I just went to look@ Audis and wound up leasing one. Today 10 months i just recieved a new Audi a 6. the car is Phen best car experience i have had. I just went to look@ Audis and wound up leasing one. This was my third visit to Audi of Coral Springs this past year and working with Neil Ambrosio is always a pleasure. I purchased a new S5 for myself back in May 2013, recommended my Niece who also purcha past year and working with Neil Ambrosio is always a pleasure. I purchased a new S5 for myself back in May 2013, recommended my Niece who also purchased from Audi CS, so it was only fitting that I return to Audi CS for my daughter's new car. As always, I was treated with up most respect and being a woman, I never felt they were taking advantage of me or talking down to and having purchased or leased many cars over the years, it's was a welcoming experience! By the way, there is another Audi dealership much closer to home but the sales and service experience will keep me returning to Audi CS in the future! More

I have been an auudi fan for many years. While being at your dealership someone asked me how many Audis I had owned in the past and my guess was 10-12. Well, I have since sat down and counted them one by one and the number is at least 15. I bought these cars from one dealership in NewYork, two dealers in Massachusetts, and two dealers in Florida. In the process I came to deal with many sales people and it is my pleasure to report that none came close to matching Neil Ambrosio in terms of courtesy and knowledge of the Audi Brand.
