Price negotiations were conducted in a very businesslike manner and were were soon completed satisfactorily. We were under pressure to get going since we were starting north from the dealership and Neil Ambrosio gave us a cram course while Bruno helped us transfer the luggage from the old to the new. We noted a warning light soon after departing which apparently had to do the gas cap not being tight enough. Bruno explained that we could continue our journey and arranged for us to visit a dealer next morning near where we stayed over night. However the problem disappeared over night and all went well since. Bruno must have called 5 times as we were traveling and my wife and I really appreciated his concern. The purchase was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs. More

Seven Audi vehicles later..and I'm more impressed than ever I own 4 Audi automobiles presently, and it's not enough that they are the safest and best vehicles that I have ever owned. I have been so impressed by I own 4 Audi automobiles presently, and it's not enough that they are the safest and best vehicles that I have ever owned. I have been so impressed by the way in which the dealership has taken care of me and my family that when I compare the experience with those I've had at other dealerships, Audi and non-Audi, there is nowhere else I could possibly consider buying my cars. I especially commend Jeff Klukis who has sold me six of my seven Audis and is always a delight to work with. I would be remiss if I did not also glorify James Edmonds who has taken care of each of the seven Audis I have owned. These are two very special people in my life and I actually look forward to my service appointments (unusual eh?). Bottom line....this is an exceptional team of sales, service, and management. I consider them as friends and not as adversaries.....quite the opposite of the usual dread that the mere thought of going to a dealership to buy a car usually elicits for most people. I will continue to be a huge fan of Coral Springs Audi as long as I am driving!! More

The ultimate professionals, both stayed in touch with me and kept me in the loop, step by step as to the progress of my vehicle and its destination date. Once the vehicle arrived, Tony called me that morning and arranged to have the vehicle available for me that day. After spending over an hour and a half with me at the dealership, Tony went the extra mile to come to my home to program my garage door opener as I have a new opener and the process we went through to program at the dealership did not work. He set up both our vehicles with the garage door and went out of his way to be sure that I understood all of the bells and whistles that came with both my Q5 and my husbands A7. More
