I am grateful that your service team including Brenden finally found and fixed long term ongoing major problems and took care of all issues including negotiating re: warranty and replaced badly needed front brakes, etc on my Wrangler. Most but not all of the cost was covered by a very expensive extended Warranty purchased 3/17/25 when trading in 2023 Cherokee with ~9,300 miles for 2018 Wrangler with ~118,200 miles. I still do not understand WHY i had to pay for any services needed. $219.31 total paid 8/28/25 for Brake Flush & other. Front brakes were BAD when I first test drove this Jeep. It pulled to the right and the driving felt OFF. I mentioned this several times to both sales and service, both before and after purchase. Is there anything you can do about the $219.31 i paid? Please understand, i have paid so much money to your dealership for maintenance including as follows. 4/26/23 paid $7,926.00 for (5) Warranty/Maintenance programs when purchased 2023 Cherokee. Used only once, for Cherokee oil change on 3/17/2025, same day traded it in for Wrangler. 3/17/25 paid $4,398.26 for (1) JM&A Svc Contract when purchased 2018 Wrangler. $12,324.26 TOTAL i PAID to MANDAL since 4/26/23 for (6) service agreements. In truth, j would appreciate if you would at least honor the oil changes/service agreement j paid for on prior vehicle & apply to this Jeep. And do all oil changes tire inspection & rotations & other checks normally done during oil changes (alignment, etc) as well as detailing at no charge for at least 3 years.
