Total incompetence...swindlers! Absolute SWINDLERS!!!! ***Steer clear!!!! We went to look at a car here, when they 1st opened the car, it smelled like mildew. This caused me to che Absolute SWINDLERS!!!! ***Steer clear!!!! We went to look at a car here, when they 1st opened the car, it smelled like mildew. This caused me to check the carpet, which was damp on driver's side. The passenger's side was FLOODED! They tried to tell us that someone left a window open and it was a quick fix. (they lowered the price by $500 to appease me) The Gen MNGR, Neil, was condescending and implied that I was over reacting to the flooded vehicle. Assured us that the car would be prof cleaned (carpets lifted & everything would be dried out) and the prob would be fixed. We went back a wk later to pick it up...it still had water! Come to find out...the window wasn't left open...the sunroof was leaking!! (they had wet vac'd the car...that's it! The water came back up thru the carpet) They offered to have carpet replaced...I didn't trust them at this point, because they had already assured us that they had things under control. We found the same car at Herb Chambers Of Danvers...we asked Anthony (our 'trusty salesman') , of Herb Chambers of Warwick if he could get us that car instead. Anthony told us that the car already had a deposit on it....NOT!! We went to Herb Chambers Of DANVERS and bought the car....hassle free! Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick is riddled with swindlers. I left that place feeling nauseous and would suggest others to steer clear!! More

I was undecided especially the latest one I got because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to start all over with my payment so I went and test drove the srx and of coarse I loved it but wasn’t sure if I wanted to start payment so I decided to leave that day and unlike other dealerships they didn’t chase me out the door and kidnap my keys lol. My point is they treated me great every step of the way. And now I will enjoy my beautiful Cadillac 🤗 More

Unsatisfied We bought our used Cadillac ATS here have had several issues navigation screen, sunroof and now heat/defrost. We were told since we live in Mass that We bought our used Cadillac ATS here have had several issues navigation screen, sunroof and now heat/defrost. We were told since we live in Mass that if repairs needed to be done we could go to any Cadillac dealer. With this last issue we had I spoke with a very nice gentleman in service (Anthony) that said they would be more than happy to look at the car to try and help. Well they had the car for 3 days we were told it was worked on for a total of four hours and that there was nothing wrong with the car but was charged $100.00. Would not buy another car from here and definitely would not recommend it to others. Unsatisfied Customer. More

Follow up. Don't buy the extended warranty I hate doing this but I feel like I have to. Yes I have to pay out of pocket for looseness in my steering even thou it is under warranty, even thou th I hate doing this but I feel like I have to. Yes I have to pay out of pocket for looseness in my steering even thou it is under warranty, even thou they messed up my registration, even thou they threaten to sell my car with money already put down after just one working day! Even thou I got two different reasons one from Neil “Well it is our policy to hold only to the end of the month” and then Paul “Well if it went to Friday…” What?, Even thou my car had 5 different things wrong with it, even thou car didn’t pass inspection, even thou couldn’t drive it legally 11 out of 21 days. Even thou I requested several time the 112 pt inspection. After all that I expected free oil change or extended Warranty but No!!! They didn’t even fix the looseness and according to Neil “You should had it fail again, because then we would of have to fix it. We will only fix it if we have to” What? it is under warranty! Herb Chambers does really well at selling cars and they don’t care about customer service (Leave the dead carcass on the side of the road). I left a sales job because they changed their focus on new business and not the customer service. In fact one of the tricks they used any “problem” customer send them up to the manager so he would deal with them and you could stay focus on selling. I should have known! Instead of Neil being upset nobody was returning or following up with me he said, “Just only talk to me”. That was the “kiss of death” So now I have to pay out of pocket for something they should fix. If I was a lawyer or hired one they would fix it but already the aggravation and time loss from work was too much. So glad I didn’t buy the extended warranty! Now I can be fully done with them. Even thou they won! More

Update from my previous review I want to give an update to be fair. I did take my car to an automotive repair service to confirm the looseness in my steering! The mechanic noticed I want to give an update to be fair. I did take my car to an automotive repair service to confirm the looseness in my steering! The mechanic noticed that there is looseness in the steering specifically front left side. When I brought this info to Herb Chambers I was told since it passed MA inspection and it is “borderline” that they will not fix it! even though it was still under the original 30 day warranty period. HOWEVER, they did give me an additional 30 days for warranty but just for that specific steering issue. To see if it gets severe? The right outcome would have been or still to be for Herb Chambers to just fix the problem and it will make a lot of past issues go away and I can finally enjoy my Cadi! The other scenario is that they don't fix it then the fight continues or I just pay out of pocket to fix it. Wish me luck that Herb Chambers makes it right. This has been on going see my other review. More

Great Service! I was in for a service appointment last week. My 2012 CTS was due for routine maintenance and was idling a little rough. As I drove into the service I was in for a service appointment last week. My 2012 CTS was due for routine maintenance and was idling a little rough. As I drove into the service drive, I was greeted by a valet, who opened my door and directed me to the service adviser, A.J. After explaining the symptoms of my car, he seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and told me it would be finished no later than 2:00 the following day. He immediately had a new CTS brought up for me that was gassed and washed (I almost think he had it pulled from the showroom). I was amazed at the level of service A.J. and his team provided. When he called and said my car was ready, i was almost disappointed, I was really getting to like the new CTS he provided me with. While picking up my 2012, it was purring like a kitten, and was looking like it was brand new again. Kudos to the reconditioning department. I then bumped into Harold, the sales advisor who helped me by my car in 2012. We are now in the process of putting a deal together on a new CTS like the one I was driving for a day. What a great experience. For myself as well as many others, going to a Car Dealership for service rates lower than a trip to the dentist.. and is usually more painful. A.J. and Harold made me feel like I was a guest at the Ritz Carlton. This has truly been an unexpected, exceptional experience. I look forward to my next visit with my new 2015 CTS! More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE I was looking for a new Cadillac and I had already knew that Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick had quite an inventory, I had the pleasure of dealing w I was looking for a new Cadillac and I had already knew that Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick had quite an inventory, I had the pleasure of dealing with Harold as the salesman and also Neil the GM, I cannot tell you how they really went above and beyond to get me into a new Cadillac, they were so very nice and they really had to do quite a bit to get me a new Cadillac for what I wanted to pay per month. I did do some checking around at Long Cadillac and Diamond Cadillac, they were nice but they could not compare to what I was getting from Herb Chambers. Also, when I went to sign the papers and pick up the car, the business manager Kevin Barry treated me like I was a part of his family, he explained everything and I mean everything, he also went over my credit report, he wanted me to understand everything on the credit report besides the papers I was signing. They are all really great people, but besides that, they are going to do whatever it takes to get you into the car you want. Harold, Neil and Kevin Barry are just outstanding people they absolutely deserve recognition for such a great job, I am so very happy with everything. Basically what I want to say is, you have to give Herb Chambers Cadillac a chance at amazing you like they amazed me, I promise if you go there, that dealership will be your dealership forever!!!!!! Thank you Harold, Neil and Kevin!!!!!!!!!!!! More
