Your service department representatives have always been responsive and courteous whenever we have had need to come in. As a point, we travel 230 miles one way to continue this relationship. There are several Toyota Dealerships between us and Rice, but Rice is the only one for us. Keep up the great work and philosophy of how you treat your customers.
