Additionally, we enjoyed the experience so much and as a result a 4 Runner purchased by our daughter 2020 at your dealership was again the satisfaction that we had experienced with Rice Toyota. Your service department representatives have always been responsive and courteous whenever we have had need to come in. As a point, we travel 230 miles one way to continue this relationship. There are several Toyota Dealerships between us and Rice, but Rice is the only one for us. Keep up the great work and philosophy of how you treat your customers. As a note, Neil Kelly also needs a point of praise for his dedication and high ideals that he very well communicates as a Manager/ Representative of Rice. More
