Neil Miller was very helpful. He knew I was very upset. I purchased a new 2018 Kia Sportage 2 years ago I had only 19500 miles on it, so it was still brand new. Then I receive a letter letting me know about purchased a new 2018 Kia Sportage 2 years ago I had only 19500 miles on it, so it was still brand new. Then I receive a letter letting me know about the recall on the engine. It could stall, stop altogether, catch on fire, or seize up. Being 78 years old and a widow, I was not happy.
