I've never heard of $400 penalty if I don't lease or buying your car but Kia. I leased Kia car for 6 years and my credit score is 780 but I felt you don't offer me the best deal. Jeff Miller went WAY above & beyond customer service. He spent a lot of time showing me my options and making it as easy as possible to get me financed. I was t-boned on June 27 and my car was totalled, so I had to get a car one way or another. Through many phone calls and much texting, Jeff told me everything to bring for the finance people. He never made my questions and concerns seem trivial. Professional all the way!!! The Sales Manager did a lit to get me into my Soul as well. Great father/son team!!! I'm new to Kia and very impressed with the company and the people. Thank you for a great experience! I don't know anyone who lives in your area, but I will definitely recommend Kia if Lansing! More
