Disorganized, return phone calls take forever if at all. No repair supervision. Returned car with broken moldings that were a result of the replace windscreen. Benzel - Bush is the greatest car dealership that I have been to in buying a car. The service is outstanding, and all workers that I have encountered are excellent in customer service. The workers are alway been to in buying a car. The service is outstanding, and all workers that I have encountered are excellent in customer service. The workers are always courteous and kind, and keep you well informed about the service being done to your vehicle. The waiting time is less and if the company know your car may need to remain at the service department, a loaner car is available to prevent any inconvenience. I would never buy another car from any other company. I love this place. More

I can't believe you would even ask me! It's impossible to get a call back and an accurate diagnonsis. Every step of the way there is a $306.00 diagnostic fee. Brought the car in for pothole damage and g to get a call back and an accurate diagnonsis. Every step of the way there is a $306.00 diagnostic fee. Brought the car in for pothole damage and got it back even worse. 42,000 miles on my car and after almost $9000 in repairs and 2 return visits to your shop, I am still waiting for a resolution since Dec. 2020. I am sure I will not see this review in your "What Others Say" column. Anyone listening??? Nothing but a runaround. More

I had a completely horrible experience dealing with the service department. I mostly dealt with Neil Newman and, by way of Neil, Sossio. Their handling of my issue was not only negligent but their overall service department. I mostly dealt with Neil Newman and, by way of Neil, Sossio. Their handling of my issue was not only negligent but their overall demeanor was horrid. I placed numerous calls to them which only went answered once. Neil would send me text messages but offered no real help. They claimed that running over a single pothole with a single tire turned into every wheel being bent. Wow. They then claimed they found damage. My front shocks were bent, bent??? Didn’t make sense. Then it turned into my front bumper and my headlights needed replacement. All this from a single pothole. After I reported the fact that I felt Like I’m being scammed the story changed that this must have happened over time. The care is two years old and it has always been brought to the dealer for service, which never ever indicated that there was any sort of issue. It seemed more plausible that they damaged my car while in their care and then had my insurance pay for it. Funny thing is all of this damage other than shocks was found after was found I said I’d rather go through insurance instead of paying out of pocket. Either was it didn’t affect me because I was going to let insurance pay for it. When the check came an entire other debacle came about and the dealership left me to do their job. Ultimately I was extremely dissatisfied with their approach and their handling. A true shame since the sales department is completely different and they always do anything the can to help you out. More
