My experience at Palm Chevrolet was positive. My sales person was Arron Jersey. He was referred to me from their digital marketing team. Had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive was exception My sales person was Arron Jersey. He was referred to me from their digital marketing team. Had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable about the features on my new Chevy truck. Stayed late to help close the deal and take care of the paperwork. Picked up the vehicle the next day. There was no rush or hurry took the time to answer more of my questions. Called me back with answers to questions he did not have research on. Hopefully the service going forward will be just as excellent will post more on that as time goes by. Overall, I have to give a five star rating to Arron Jersey and the Palm Chevrolet team. More

Ok this dealership was clean friendly and super helpful I did know what I wanted when I came in but they pulled it right up we drove it and started the process as quick as possible car buying is never the fa did know what I wanted when I came in but they pulled it right up we drove it and started the process as quick as possible car buying is never the fastest but totally worth it great bday present from my husband lol finance went quick and they had candy 🍬 always a plus 😂 from first interaction on the phone till we left in my new suburban it was great i do always feel bad for the other salesman not getting the sale but that’s just me lol great work great vehicle still thrilled!
