Purchase of new Silverado We had searched the internet to find a truck that we liked. Palm Chevy had an easy to use web site with plenty of information on each vehicle as well We had searched the internet to find a truck that we liked. Palm Chevy had an easy to use web site with plenty of information on each vehicle as well as plenty of pictures of each. We contacted them from the website and made an appointment. When we arrived they had put the truck that we were interested in to the side. We were met by Neil Stefani. I expected the normal car salesman and the normal tactics that I have come to expect when going to a dealership. I was pleasantly surprised. We didn't get any of that. Neil was very nice and answered or got us the answers to any questions we had. There were no hidden fees when we sat down with the finance manager JD, who also was surprisingly nice and easy to deal with. Not to mention a former Marine like myself. When all was said and done I didn't have the feeling that I needed to go home and wash the slime off of me as I have in the past with dealing with dealerships. My first time financing I originally went to Palm just to look at some options and fell in love with my car. I gave the salesman my parameters and he came back with a counter offer I couldn't do, I walked out. Over the last two weeks we kept going back and forth with payments until finally I told the Internet director he could keep the car, it wasn't worth straining myself or my budget. The day after that JD Piatek called me and asked about my budget, I told him the same thing, I'd told the last four people I'd talked to and with his help and hard work he brought it down to literally a few cents above my budget. I signed the papers that night and took my baby home and couldn't be happier. JD and Neil made this last trip to Palm absolutely wonderful; I would recommend Palm just because of those two employees. More
