As a physician, I have no problems making decisions, had done my web research and sent an email in advance. When I got there a few hours later, they were ready for me zeroed in right in on my wants -safety and price - then fine-tuned them for me. Purchase of new Silverado We had searched the internet to find a truck that we liked. Palm Chevy had an easy to use web site with plenty of information on each vehicle as well We had searched the internet to find a truck that we liked. Palm Chevy had an easy to use web site with plenty of information on each vehicle as well as plenty of pictures of each. We contacted them from the website and made an appointment. When we arrived they had put the truck that we were interested in to the side. We were met by Neil Stefani. I expected the normal car salesman and the normal tactics that I have come to expect when going to a dealership. I was pleasantly surprised. We didn't get any of that. Neil was very nice and answered or got us the answers to any questions we had. There were no hidden fees when we sat down with the finance manager JD, who also was surprisingly nice and easy to deal with. Not to mention a former Marine like myself. When all was said and done I didn't have the feeling that I needed to go home and wash the slime off of me as I have in the past with dealing with dealerships.
