Neil Stefani Sales Consultant shared with us that the Enterprise location at their site had already closed for the day. I asked Neil if he knew if Enterprise still delivers their cars. He was kind enough to go online and call the Enterprise 1-800 number to inquire about my delivery question. Not only did Neil get the answer to our question, but he also wrote down the Enterprise telephone number so that I could call them 1st thing in the morning. We have a reservation and needed to change the time that we were planning on picking up our reserved car. I had a concern as to how my husband and I were going to coordinate all of this. Neil not only gave us 5 star Customer Service but he went beyond and above in helping us out. So much so that when we are considering purchasing another vehicle we will definitely come and see Neil Stegani. I also will make sure that I pass his name on to my friends and fellow workers! Most importantly he was able to adjust to my hubby's overly stressed/grumpy personality, and sell us a car. Not an easy task. I should know, been married to that for 31yrs. LOL My son was the reason we came over, as he just bought his wife a brand new car there himself in May 2015. Just tell your guy he did an amazing job and he deserves alot of credit. He emailed me and also called me to give me information about cars I was interested in. When we arrived today we were greeted right away and I told them I was looking for Neil. He was paged and when he arrived he was very helpful. I told him I would like to see a Sonic and he showed me a few possible choices. Then we went for a test drive. When we arrived back at the dealer we started the paper work. The entire experience with Neil and JD Piatek was very satisfactory. It was a pleasure to do business with Neil and JD. I will recommend Neil and Palm Chevrolet in the future whenever I have a chance to do so. I previously purchased from Palm Chevrolet and was happy to deal with them again today. More

And I mean 'work with', not 'work against' since I never felt like it was 'poor little me' against a 'whole bunch of high-pressure dudes'. As a physician, I have no problems making decisions, had done my web research and sent an email in advance. When I got there a few hours later, they were ready for me zeroed in right in on my wants -safety and price - then fine-tuned them for me. While this took some time - 3 hours - I felt no pressure to up-sale and got what I wanted. Kudos to Neil Stefani, Nic Warnken, J D Piatek and Richard Howard. Hoping to get a second Chevy Cruze thru you next year... More
