So My family and I just bought 2 cars from this dealership within 5 days. As we were shopping at other locations throughout Colorado Springs the Sales Representatives at those locations actually t dealership within 5 days. As we were shopping at other locations throughout Colorado Springs the Sales Representatives at those locations actually tried to keep us from going to look at Rocky Mountain. I am sure glad that I ignored that! The sales people and management are amazing. They were happy to work with all of our needs. We did not have to settle on whatever they offered they worked with us from start to finish to make sure that not only the car that we bought met our standards but , that we were comfortable with the structure of all aspects of the loan process. The selection of available vehicles at this location is amazing and the cars are delivered detailed and lookibg top notch. More

Had the absolute best experience!! The young lady that worked with me was great, I knew what I wanted, it was just a matter of making sure this SUV was right for me and how I felt behind the wheel. They made it happen and it didn't take long at all.... I was working with Amanda she was very knowledgeable even though she was just learning did a fabulous job!! Didn't force anything on me everything she said about the SUV was accurate I had already checked it all out, she wasn't trying to sell me something that didn't work or had issues I'm always impressed when a young lady has knowledge about the car she's selling all my questions were answered I'm a tough person to please, I like straightforward and up front people I don't do the BS! She was great (great job girl you worked it, stay true and keep selling those cars) What I was also impressed with was her co-worker Neiman, he was giving her direction when she needed it, I like those kind of people shows good character and says I don't need to step on anyone to get where I'm going, makes a difference when you're buying a car it allows the whole experience to be great and not stressful ........"teamwork and unselfishness I like that"!!!!
