This is going to be a long one. I went there already with a car in mind. It was a Mercedes diesel suv. When we went there, we were told that the car was in the shop having the intake replaced. So, to with a car in mind. It was a Mercedes diesel suv. When we went there, we were told that the car was in the shop having the intake replaced. So, to save time later on, we got pre approved and then we agreed to get the vehicle with the condition that we would be happy withy the vehicle. I know a bold move on our part. They said that the vehicle would be back on Wednesday or Thursday of that week. ( it was Monday). Nieman was great. He was very concerned and helpful. Big K was great also. But, the communication between the rest of them needs help. I was told that I would hear from them in regards to my car. Well, Friday came around and I called. I’m not sure if it was the mechanics at Midas who were jacking them around or what but my car still wasn’t ready. To make a very long story short, 2.5 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, I got it. Drove it for one night, engine light came back on, and had no power when accelerating. Took it back to them, they sent it in to be fixed. They did give me a vehicle to use while it was being fixed. I’ve had my vehicle now for about 2 weeks and no problems. They fixed the issue and they were helpful in getting it fixed. More
