Salesman not truthful, shouldn't be surprised! Daughter found a low mileage 2013 Kia Optima on the lot. Salesman was Nieman who told us the prior owners wife had just passed and that this was an ex Daughter found a low mileage 2013 Kia Optima on the lot. Salesman was Nieman who told us the prior owners wife had just passed and that this was an extra vehicle he didn't need and that the owner needed the extra money. Sales process went smooth. Told the vehicle was detailed and ready for pickup. While driving home, my wife noticed the dealership had left less than an 1/8 of a tank of fuel in the vehicle. This was while driving home to Peyton late in the evening. I called the Rocky Mountain Auto Broker when we arrived home and was told salesman Nieman wouldn't be back until Friday and he would return my call. Never heard anything from anyone. What reputable auto dealer would sell a vehicle with no fuel? Unbelievable! Next, after a few days I was able to track down the original owners who traded in the 2013 Optima. I was informed by the husband that his wife was alive and well and he had no idea why I was told his wife had passed. The prior owner did tell me he had passed on to the dealership per-tenant potential mechanical issues the 2013 optima might experience. I was never told about these by Nieman, surprise surprise! More

A better experience I have given this rating because I had that kind of experience. I was looking for a specific car, found 3 of them. Two of them were at Toyota dealersh I have given this rating because I had that kind of experience. I was looking for a specific car, found 3 of them. Two of them were at Toyota dealerships in my area and one here at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. Dan spoke with me about the vehicle, and he was honest. I have bought many cars and honesty is what I look for. I gave all dealerships my statement of needing your best price on this vehicle. I explained I was basically doing a cash deal and as the consumer I was looking to get the most for my money. Dan not only beat Toyota on the deal for the same car, it had less miles, a nicer trim package, and per the carafax was better taken care of. He went to bat to help me stay within a budget, not ignore my request and find cars that were over my budget, like the others. I don't particularly like buying cars at the dealership but working with Dan and Neiman was one of the better experiences I have had, and I have bought a lot of cars! Thanks Dan you were a big help, Neiman, thanks for helping out on the deal. I will look to see both you on my next purchase! More
