When I felt the need to shop around a little more at other dealerships to find the best deal for me I worked with Jordan Morgan, and he was EXCELLENT. When I felt the need to shop around a little more at other dealerships to find the best deal for me, he let me go without making me feel pressured to stay. I came back after the other dealership, Big Red Sports and Imports, because of the SIGNIFICANT difference between the two when it came down to Transparency, Customer Service, and making me feel comfortable with what I was getting into rather than persuaded to buy. I 100% recommend Edmond Hyundai! The only reason I didn't say 5 star is because the price of the vehicle I purchased wasn't negotiable at all. They say it's because their prices are already competitive, and I have no reason not to believe that, but it's nice when we as customers get that win right? HOWEVER, they WERE negotiable on the amount they gave for my awful trade in, so I'm NOT unhappy. More
