However, despite continued communication about the financing process, the dealer completely messed up the credit review process. I had communicated to the salesman that I had a credit freeze on my accounts and that they all needed to be unlocked. I provided the dealer the "window" that I setup to unfreeze my accounts. However, when I arrived at the dealership nothing had been done with respect to the credit process. This delayed the purchased process by over an hour. I would expect more from a Genesis dealer. More

Horrible customer service alot of lies, Phoniness and wolf in sheep’s clothing. Went on my lunchbreak and was there for 4hrs. Doesn’t respect military personnel. I received no discounts. Had my price changed out of pettiness and spite, simply because I didn’t want their warranty. Being that i have prior dealership experience no one should have to battle tooth and nail for a temporary vehicle registration paper, which shouldn’t be a big deal to give a customer it’s a simple print out. I literally had to ask the sales manager for the registration because my sales associates didn’t care and told me “ it was shredded”. He also told me that in-order to remove the scratches out of my supposedly “new car” i needed to go to another location to have service buff out the scratches & that i was going to be provided a replacement car because it could take several days to get my car back. No service member should have to endure what i have been through. Unfortunately these are the people i risk my life for representing this nation. More

This was by far my best car purchasing experience EVER. Sam didnt high pressure me and Paul, in Finance, was quick and efficient. I didn't have to spend an entire day trying to get a car purchased.
