Was a total nightmare. Bought 2 cars on March 31st and still have NOT paid off 2 trades I had. Dealer NEVER contacted me, except right after purchases, to get cars paid off. We had to contact Ken Moore co still have NOT paid off 2 trades I had. Dealer NEVER contacted me, except right after purchases, to get cars paid off. We had to contact Ken Moore corporate to figure out what the xxxx is going on because our Manager never contacted us back and said oh they will be paid off and that was 10 days ago now both cars are 13 and 9 days pastdue?? I would NOT recommend this dealership. Matthew was AWESOME though through this entire mistake. We had to resign papers 3 times and Matthew brought out right away. I would highly recommend communication between employees. More

I have questioned the approval but they made sure that I had nothing to worry about and that I was approved before I even walked in the door.
