Wonderful salesman (Parker), but lousy cust service after Our salesman, Parker, was absolutely wonderful! He was knowledgeable, and really listened to us. We were happy to purchase our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe t Our salesman, Parker, was absolutely wonderful! He was knowledgeable, and really listened to us. We were happy to purchase our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe through Parker. Less than 24 hours after our purchase we had an issue with our new car, and Parker did his absolute best to try to correct it. However, when Parker tried to let Alex Mendoza know what was going on, Alex came out to meet us, wouldn't listen, kept talking over us, brushed us off, made us feel like we were being ridiculous, and wouldn't take our issue under consideration. Alex basically walked away and made us feel terrible. We also spoke to Neko, and he was just as bad. It was a terrible experience. Less than 24 hours after our purchase, we were regretting it because of Alex and Neko. In the meantime, Parker was going above and beyond to correct the issue the best way he could. He even made sure to personally walk out to where our car was sent to have the issue addressed, worked on our car himself, had it detailed, and ready to go. Parker is the ONLY reason I would maybe consider going back to the dealership with future business. My husband and I will never deal with Alex or Neko again though, and will avoid them at all costs if we ever return. More
