When I called ahead he had the car ready for us to drive. He was "mistaken" about what was available at their dealership and what color, but it didn't affect our desire to purchase. They presented me with the offer, but then when they brought me the paperwork to sign the price was $500 higher. Not sure if they were trying to get away with something but I had them correct it. Finance tried to hard sell me on all their warranty packages. I already decided what I was willing to pay, and after two drops in price they ended up settling on my price. So they are workable, if you are committed. Overall it is a good dealership. Nothing fancy but acceptable. I did like Sam and I recommend him. More

I got the worst car off the lot!! The person who did my paperwork was horrible and messed up on it I had to redo it 3 times and it still wasn’t right! I went straight to a car that caught my eye and he told me all about the vehicle, let me test drive it, took me inside to discuss details and after making a deal and going through the finance department I left with a vehicle. I decided upon reflection that another vehicle I had seen on the lot interested me so the next morning I went back and Matthew was not available so I worked with William who was also very friendly, knowledgeable and capable. Everyone there bent over backwards to help make a deal for me that would make me happy. I left with a different car, the one I truly wanted and I could not be happier with the car and the folks at Edmond Hyundai! They treated me like family! More
