2nd customer & forever customer Okay so I bought my first car off a lot from nelly 2013 Toyota Camry & I loved it I walked in told nelly what i had exactly to spend not a penny more Okay so I bought my first car off a lot from nelly 2013 Toyota Camry & I loved it I walked in told nelly what i had exactly to spend not a penny more and that I would be financed by my bank she didn't pressure me to refinance with Toyota and didn't become uninterested when I only had 14,000 to buy my car with nelly instantly took the challenge and showed me an array of cars that would fit tightly into my pre planned budget. After test drives and a patient non pushy sales associate I fell in love with my first buy I totally loved my used car and nelly made sure it for me perfectly, sadly months later my car flipped over on the highway twice in my travels I was perfectly fine but my car was totaled I called Toyota for 2 weeks straight only looking to speak with nelly I wanted no one else to help me explore my options but as a great sales associate she was a little hard to contact after reaching her nelly provided me with a personal way to contact her and I explained my story and she instantly remember me , nelly then made it her priority to make sure I overcame my car hurdle I was facing with some credit trouble and wanting to put no money down me and nelly went through a series of troubleshooting lol needles to say my hero saved my life I left Toyota with a brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla . Nelly was sure to make sure she helped me in every way she could , she is the best associate and this is my second car I've purchased from here there is no other reason to say why I will only deal with her she NEVER disappoints ! I promise if you're looking for a car Nelly is your girl ! Don't forget to tell her Shahirrie sent you ! More
