Everyone was so helpful and nice, and I will call them ‘happy’ .Our credit report is a “ little less than perfect” and it didn’t bother them a bit. They worked so hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Nelson was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with, and just the kind of employee anyone would want. Everyone in the dealer did! The sales manager, the financial guy. Some other associate that had to do nothing with us approached and offer me coffee - which was delicious! Sorry I don’t know they’re names :( It was a long process, so be ready to be there at least 4 hours - but it always is. At least that has been our experience. I asked for an especific number for my monthly payments and they even gave me one a couple of bucks lower. I had a certain amount to put down and that was the amount they worked with. It really was a above and beyond service. I’ll recommend them 100%. Nelson was my shining star so ask for him! More
