The purchase of the vehicle went very smoothly. Our salesman, Nelson, was exceptionable. All the steps in the sales process was thoroughly explained. He also went through every detail of the car to explain everything the vehicle had to offer. He was patient with me as my trade in vehicle did not have all the latest and greatest technology so this was a whole new way of operating a vehicle for me. The only thing I would have to say is that while the vehicle was washed, the inside windows could have been cleaned better. They were smeared on the inside and I had to clean them when I got home. The financing with Shawn went great also. She also went through all the details, explaining everything clearly. She even found me the best rate for the loan that was out there. More

After sitting in it, I told her l couldn't drive it. When I said it made me uncomfortable because my sight lines were restricted . " What do you mean Grandpa?". I tried to make her understand how important it was to have a clear field of vision.( Privacy Windows are my least favorite standard item , tinted glass isn't even available, as an option or After Market.) "Grandpa let's take a test drive in the Pope Mobile,you can stand up and wave at everybody as we pass by. ". It wasn't the answer I'd expected , but it proved the solution to a. whole host of drivability issues I've been contending with. Thanks to Nelsen Cypher, we took the Renegade that had the Crossover characteristics l wanted :in a size that fit my manauverability in tight places demand. bullet proofed it with all of the driver safety features Jeep offers,added my color choice ( minus any sun roof options ),and found the one I wanted in Indiana. It's yours if you want it. Left Hanging Took my Journey in with 20,000 miles for tire rotation and balance and only got the rotation. Took it back in for the tire balance which they said sev Took my Journey in with 20,000 miles for tire rotation and balance and only got the rotation. Took it back in for the tire balance which they said several needed to be adjusted and left with a vehicle pulling hard to the right. Took it back in again to get it corrected as well as a rattling sound and was told I have strange tire wear so they had to play with the tire rotation to stop it from pulling. " Probably put it back the way it was originally" I was told to come back after 7 or 8 thousand miles and they would try to rotate them again. They said they couldn't hear the rattling sound. As a result I listen to the rattling every time I leave my house and I will probably have to buy new tires soon which sucks. I got 68,000 miles on my 2012 Journey's first set of tires. If it wasn't for my salesperson-Nelson Cypher I would never go back to them. More
