Have used Nelson as our salesperson for years will continue. We have been going to Dick Scott for many years and Nelson does very good at finding the car we are looking for. 4th car purchased at Dick Scott Motor Mall 2016 Jeep Cherokee is the 4th car we have purchased from Dick Scott. It is the 2nd time we worked with Nelson Cypher. Nelson was very knowledgable and 2016 Jeep Cherokee is the 4th car we have purchased from Dick Scott. It is the 2nd time we worked with Nelson Cypher. Nelson was very knowledgable and patient. He demonstrated how to use the park assist functions. Nelson was very patient with my husband and I. There are 1 or 2 hiccups with the Cherokee but service is working with me to get them resolved. I can say with confedence in 2-2 1/2 years we'll be back at Dick Scott looking for our next car. More
