Nelson worked with us to make sure the deal was what we wanted.I did not appreciate the pressured sales from the manager for additional warranty for the vehicle that was not necessary. We told him a severa wanted.I did not appreciate the pressured sales from the manager for additional warranty for the vehicle that was not necessary. We told him a several times that we were not interested at the time and he gave us attitude. Over all I would definitely buy another car from Nelson he has a great attitude and wonderful customer service. More

Worst Experience in 60 years of customer service I've ever had. .recall appointment confirmed get there and they don't have the part to fix my truck. Found the car I wanted online (2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 12k miles). Nelson Cypher did a video walk-around the vehicle, and answered all our many detailed questions. Ryan answered 5 calls with Limited with 12k miles). Nelson Cypher did a video walk-around the vehicle, and answered all our many detailed questions. Ryan answered 5 calls within a few hours to work out the financing and get us a good rate. I flew into Detroit, they picked me up, drove me to the dealership, I test drove the car, signed the papers, and drove the car home. Nelson is the salesman you always hope to get (but never seem to) when buying a used car, and Ryan really knows his side of the business, and no pressure to acquire extended warranties. I can't say enough positive about working with this dealership except to say that I would gladly fly to them to purchase my next car! More
