Mazda Car Purchase I found Nelson to be extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of cars (ie, not just Mazda), so when I told him about the competitor cars I was consider I found Nelson to be extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of cars (ie, not just Mazda), so when I told him about the competitor cars I was considering, he made very smart and honest comments about them. He was very friendly and was focused on making sure that the car I purchased fit my needs. I would recommend working with him if you're looking to purchase a new car. I was also impressed with the full lineup of Mazda cars. More

My wife and I purchased a new Mazda 3 from Colonial Mazda last year and we both love the car so much. We have had such a great experience working with EVERYONE at Colonial Mazda in not only buying a car but last year and we both love the car so much. We have had such a great experience working with EVERYONE at Colonial Mazda in not only buying a car but also servicing it. (The Lifetime Free Oil Change Program doesn't hurt either.) After falling in love with our Mazda 3 we decided to purchase a CX-5. Once again we experienced amazing customer service and love our new CX-5. Everyone one here is very welcoming and you get the feeling that they truly appreciate your business and your not just another customer. We are down to one more car in our family that is not a Mazda and I can guarantee you it will not only be traded in for a Mazda, but also purchased from Colonial Mazda. We visited Colonial Mazda initially to test drive the Mazda 3 and see how it compared with other compact sedans. We met with Nelson, who had great knowledge of the car and explained things in great detai Mazda 3 and see how it compared with other compact sedans. He was patient with us while we took our time examining the different trims and and he made sure we understood the differences between all of them. More importantly, there was no pressure to buy from them on that day and there was no hard over selling. When we decided to go ahead with Mazda 3, Colonial Mazda was an automatic choice. This being our first car, I was apprehensive about bargaining the price. Nelson was extremely helpful, there was no back and forth on numbers and it took us a short time to reach a number. We picked the car up a couple of days back and the car is really nice. Again, there was no overselling of accessories that we could add to the car. Nelson went over the car with us and also explained the service terms and the service team at Colonial Mazda sounds like a good one. I hope that our opinion of the service team ends up being as great as the one we have of Nelson and the sales team. More

My experience started by finding a low mileage, pre-owned certified Mazda5 on the Colonial Madza website. This vehicle was targeted as a suitable replacment for my wife's Dodge Caravan, which was 11 years ol certified Mazda5 on the Colonial Madza website. This vehicle was targeted as a suitable replacment for my wife's Dodge Caravan, which was 11 years old/100K miles. I submitted an email inquiry and within 24 hours, Heather Ramos contacted me regarding our interest in the vehicle. I quickly set up an appointment that fit my family's schedule on the weekend. When my family and I arrived at the dealership a few days later, the Mazda5 was parked right in front of the dealership, ready to go (we actually parked right next to it). Once we entered the dealership, we were warmly greeted by Heather and Nelson. Within 25 minutes of our arrival, we were on our own and on the road for our test drive. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced, from initial meeting, through financing, and delivery. Additional options were professionally offered along the way and without significant pressure. The values of additional options were presented in a fair and straight-forward fashion. We took advantage of Auto Armor protection (additional $700) but passed on some bumper to bumper additional coverage, as we wanted to keep our monthly payments at a certain level. I would highly recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle. It was an enjoyable experience. More

Was leasing a Mazda3 and it was up in November. Saw they were running an awesome deal on the new 6. I've been away at school and couldn't get down to the dealership to speak to anyone. He got my registration, insurance, and total money down squared away with a few phone calls and emails in two days. Extremely knowledgable about all different types of Mazdas and knew the answer to every question. They gave me an awesome deal and took care of the last two payments on my lease. I pay less for a 6 than I did for my 3. I highly recommend the dealership and Nelson. Getting in a new car was fast and painless. More

Initially we were not thinking of purchasing/leasing another Mazda, we were going to continue shopping around. When we dropped off our lease (which was due) we found ourselves creeping over to another another Mazda, we were going to continue shopping around. When we dropped off our lease (which was due) we found ourselves creeping over to another Mazda (CX-5). The next thing we knew, we were taking a test drive and low and behold are now leasing ANOTHER Mazda. I would have never believed that purchasing/leasing a car could possibly be a pleasant experience, however this dealership and the sales personnel that we dealt with, definitely proved otherwise! Thanks again! More

Colonial Mazda is more than just another car dealership, they treat you like family. They are not happy until you are satisfied whether they are selling you a car or servicing your vehicle. I have purcha they treat you like family. They are not happy until you are satisfied whether they are selling you a car or servicing your vehicle. I have purchased two vehicles in the last 5 years from them and will purchase my third. The employees are friendly and always greet you with a smile and warm welcome. The service department thoroughly explains what service is being performed on your vehicle in terms you can understand. The sales department is very helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mazda. More
