That didn't stop them they found one and had it delivered to the dealership they bent over backwards to put the customer first. More

I have to say that by far, this was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Nelson was wonderful to deal with. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. On delivery of the truck, Jason explained everything about It to my husband, in great detail. Chris was also a pleasure to work with as well. Love at first sight Buzz Chew was one of only 3 east coast dealerships with the truck I was after. I pre-ordered accessories to be put on the truck before my business trip and when I got back home it was all prepped and ready to go. One part in particular was a hard find through GM but they worked hard and located and installed the part for my pick up date. All of the staff that was there to educate me on the technology of my new truck were patient, fun, and kind..even remembering the littlevel things like a first photo. This dealership did not have a corporate feel. This was a family atmosphere that really cared about your experience. My salesman was Nelson Resnick. Everyone made my purchase a good memory, including the receptionists. Thank you. I have recieved so many compliments on my 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 Duramax diesel. More

After going to two dealerships within 7 miles of my residence, and finding the experience disheartening, I decided to try a dealer with positive reviews! I ended driving 75 miles away to find an experience worth spending $40K! I was able to purchase a car from Buzz Chew over the phone/email, no problems, and the people I dealt with - Nelson - was professional, friendly and positive all around! There is no doubt that this is the direction of all my future car purchases! More
