Nelson Ruiz,my salesman was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. However, everyone else was glum not personable at all. Whether it was the manager or the cashier or anyone else, they never even cracked a s helpful. However, everyone else was glum not personable at all. Both kept me waiting to take care of necessary business and the person in charge of titling had me wait at least 25 minutes. No other salesmen appeared closing deals so I cannot understand all of the waiting. I feel like when a customer comes in to make a purchase of over $30,000 everyone should welcome you and make you feel comfortable. ONLY Nelson did so! More
