Thank you for the your June 7, 2026, response regarding the issue that occurred within the finance office. Your response was thoughtful and meaningful. I appreciate Bomnin’s Customer Service for reaching out and the willingness to make things right, concerning the incident with the extended warranty package, which led to the cancellation of the other service contracts. My only request is for Bomnin to promptly submit the refund check(s) to Bank of America for the cancellation of the three service contracts. I contacted Bank of America and updated customer service concerning these service contracts. I requested a note to added to my car loan account as a record that refund check(s) will be forthcoming. These refunds will affect the principal balance of the car loan, and I need to know the correct balance that’s being financed. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
