the customer service was so bad from everyone that I had my car towed to another shop from your dealership because you guys were absolutely garbage. I called a million times for the damage report quote and kept getting transfered over and over and no one would answer me. I just want the bare minimum and eventually i got fed up and just went in person and got the printed report. asked them to also email it to me and to this day still haven’t received that email. I use to get maintenance from wondries but after all this I will never go to any toyota dealership for anything ever again. I towed my car to a shop 4 blocks away and best decision ever. I would rather burn my money than give it to wondries ever again. More
