That's why I prefer Honda and not a Toyota The place is really not friendly it needs and update but that's not all I took my car for an oil challenge and now is making a weard noise? I ask if I was able to use a coupon from another dealership and they say no! Because the price on it it was already low and they will be losing money. I say ok not a problem in my head and by the comets of other costumers I decided to give a try to Longo Toyota they have better prices and I hear that even if you have a long wait you dont feel it because they have TVs food,coffee and a nice waiting are, so my next visit will be there and see if everything is true. As far for me goes I cant understand the service on these car all they tell me is my car need to be put on oil or check because its burning oil fast and its internal. My past experiences with cars I am a proud owner of several Hondas and I take them to Goudy Jum the manager always explains plain and simple but I guess everyone is different. For me is frustrating because I dont want to put mo eh on a Toyota and then be on the same boat. Hope that my review makes sense and helps other. Important Nelson my service adviser is friendly to bad he wasn't able to give me the discount. More

Horrible The guy in glasses helped one of the ladies to cut the line behind us. My poor little one-year-old baby had to wait in another car for over 20min. I understand you guys are busy but I don’t appreciate you cut the line cause you knew that lady I guess. More
