Worst Customer Service Ever! I called the day before to make an appointment. Service team advised us to go in Saturday morning without an appointment. We got there at 6:30 and wai I called the day before to make an appointment. Service team advised us to go in Saturday morning without an appointment. We got there at 6:30 and waited an hour to be helped. Nelson Samson advised us that the service would take 2 hours. We asked for a ride home but Nelson said that the cost of the service is not profitable for the dealer to provide transportation. We have been with Wondries for 8 plus years. Regardless of the type of service we had always been offered a ride home. We explained to Nelson, that we even called in the day before and no one told us that Wondries changed their policy just because the service is not profitable. He booted us to wait for the manager to arrive at 8:30 so we tried to ask for the conceierge’s help. She acknowledged the miscommunication and called Nelson to request for transportation for us. However, Nelson ignored her asks and gave her the same turnaround to wait for his manager. When the dealer manager arrived at 8:30 the concierge staff transcripts the happenings to her and the manager apologized on behalf of Nelson then told us that she was going to talk to him. When she returned she told us that the car was almost done so we don’t need to go home and apologized again. She directed us to go check-out with Nelson. His attitude changed completely but it was not genuine. Although he told us the car was done when we got into the car the maintenance light was still on. So we had to go back to get the staff to reset the car, which they made us waited another 10mins to help. The first girl they sent didn’t know what she was doing and had to go back to grab the mechanic. Overall, it was the worst service experience ever and I would not recommend Wondries to anyone ever! More
